It looks like a prefabricated shower stall, but this unit does double duty as a small steam room. The door, front wall and one side are tempered glass, trimmed in aluminum. Wall panels are a heavy-duty acrylic/plastic material. An oversized showerhead provides water massage options such as "waterfall" and "tropical rain."

This steam suite has an integrated seat, a mirror, built-in fragrance dispenser and recessed halogen lighting. All (exposed) plumbing fixtures have a chrome finish. The unit measures 50" wide, 35" deep and 81" tall and is shipped in ready-to-assemble panels. Price is about $5,000 (February 2005). Add another $795 for the optional shower tray (base).
