Need a little extra space to store gardening supplies, yard furniture or perhaps unexpected visitors? This small outbuilding is offered in two sizes, 12' or 14' square (with or without a porch), and can be used for a private work area, craft shop, playhouse, or even a guest house.

Optional extras are a loft on the second floor, a steeper roof (for more storage area), built-in shelves, benches and more.

With its double doors this building is easily adaptable to other uses, too. Recommended foundation is cement slab or concrete block. This prefab structure is made with ready-to-assemble panels, which are primed and ready for paint.
