Sinks: Rock solid sink

This blue-gray self-rimming vessel sink is hand-carved from granite, making each piece unique. The sink measures approximately 18" diameter by 9" high and weighs 80 pounds. It retails for $680, not including shipping (July 2004).

Working from stock designs or your custom design, Stone Forest carves several other style bathroom sinks and bathtubs (from really big pieces of granite), as well as farmhouse kitchen sinks. The company also produces fountains and other outdoor accoutrements.
