Staircases: A Step Up

Reviewed by:
Rosemary Thornton
Made with oak and heart pine, this Victorian-era staircase was salvaged from a circa 1909 home. Carefully dismantled, it's now ready for your new or vintage home.

No parts are missing and this balustrade system meets current building codes in Virginia. (Check with your local building inspector for compliance information in your area).

Treads are 7" high, 10" deep and 40" wide. Miscellaneous pieces and parts of other vintage balustrades are also offered for sale.

The Victorian Staircase is on the market for $9,500 (October 2005).
