Amish craftsmen in Northern Indiana make these sets; plan on 5 to 7 weeks lead time. Prices range from $2,625 (oak) to $3,000 (cherry), with a 20% discount for customer pick-up from the company's shop in Goshen, Indiana. For seat cushions, add $100 (cloth) and $300 (leather). (November 2004)
