Sheildz is a universal water-based wallcovering primer used for one-step surface preparation on all wallcoverings. It can be used over any surface, under any wallcovering and shields wallboard from damage when removing "strippable" wallcoverings.

The company's new Sheildz Plus wallcovering sealer and primer is formulated especially for mildew-prone areas. It seals, primes, and prepares surfaces for hanging wallpaper, ensuring easier hanging and tighter seams. It inhibits the growth of mildew at the edges of the wallcovering and helps prevent peeling and odor resulting from mildewed surfaces underneath. The product dries fast, has a low odor, and cleans up with soap and water.
