The long wait for hot water to wind its way through miles of cranky old pumbing on its way to the shower is a familiar (if uncomfortable) ritual for many an old-house owner. The Toyotomi on-demand water heater is one possible solution. Some consumers report energy savings of 60% or more (compared to conventional electric water heaters). This model can be chimney vented or direct vented. The OM-148 measures 12-5/8" (width) by 27-3/4" (height) by 22-1/2" (depth).
