Neat house. We bought a similar style house last year and its been fun to work on. key words to search for would be Tudor revival cottage 1930s. The old house plan books have been a good source also. good luck!

I agree, thats a beautiful find and a perfect place to use it. A lot of folks wouldn`t take the time to see that it was oak. Nice job!

I think you will enjoy it. Most people who come to them are interested in old houses and I always enjoyed getting to meet them and share how we made our renovations.

We got Oldhousedreamer to list ours on her site. Thats where the buyer first saw it. We also had a very good and ageressive realestate agent who did a lot of photos online.
