If you're worried about dust from sanding, why not use a chemical stripper to remove the majority of the paint? Or just tape off the doorway and have a specific set of clothes that never leave the room except in a garbage bag when you're finished.

No help on where you might find one to buy....but I imagine it would be incredibly straight forward to make one!

Because the big things take so long, I blog frequently about small improvements. I try to post three times a week, and it helps that it's sort of morphed into a decorating/dream book blog as well as house restoration/renovation.

I'm so thankful that you posted this! All of the woodwork in our living room and in the lower and upper hall is faux...and some of it is in definite need of a touch up.

We had a quick inspection when we initially signed up for our insurance - they made us replace our oil tank and that was it.
