Re: Really cool old mansion

Amazing! It sure beats the microwave poached-egg maker I got from my Aunt Bea for my wedding  Seriously, though, it reminds me of a super-sized version of "verve's" house

Re: Summer 2011 = Window Restoration!

It looks great!! Your putty job looks perfect to me  And I am happy to hear that the Wagner wall paper steamer worked - I have been toying with the idea of trying that method myself... Re: Repairing A Gouged Door

Ok, I'll jump on the doggy-door gouging topic train  When we moved into our house there were varying degrees of dog scratches on doors throughout the house. They are not blaring what-so-ever, and most people won't notice them unless I point them out. Most of them appear to have been "gone over...

Look at what I'm hoping to snag one or both of, if the size is right for the spaces where I want to put them... http://delaware.craigslist.org/mat/2741298284.html http://images.craigslist.org/5Z05P65S53mb3pf3l0bc7a8971e849018162d.jpg http://images.craigslist.org/5Y55Q05Z43k13mc3pfbc7161121a753951ac...

If I could come up with something cool like you did, I would refinish that too... Did you have to sand it at all? Or just clean it...

Re: Craigslist Finds....

not officially a craigslist find.... but I would love a reason to spend 400 dollars on this neat old water fountain. It is in an antique store in a neighboring city. Maybe we could incorporate it into our attic man cave/ game room some day...? ***Try this, new link... http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7...
