Santa Claus ain't going to like that one little bit-you may find a rubber glove and jug of disinfectant in yoou stocking come Christmas morning.

Way down in the stocking.

Nah, Santa's an understanding guy -- it will be latex gloves and Astroglide...

And that story totally cracked me up.

I thought that reindeer was small... like maybe 6 or 8" long in total... until I read the part with your arm :D :D :D

But yes, Christmas madness is approaching quickly. Today I went to a nice local radio/TV repair guy (one of the few who didn't give into the "Throw it away and buy something new" mentality years ago) to get an installation tester (nifty piece of electric equipment letting you measure the resistance of your house wiring, the accurate trip current of your GFIs and everything but unfortunately about 30 years old and damaged) and I barely got to talk to him... the phone rang at least three times while I was there, so he told me to come back in January :D
The bad thing with electricity : it almost always works.

Spouse would sell both of our grandkids for that eagle. Not to change subjects, but what's the story on that beauty?

The Eagle is carved from a single piece of cypress. It's around 6' tall, and is absolutely gorgeous...VERY detailed...the artist does wonderful work.

More pics of it and the artists other works here:

It's $3500. We won't trade ya grandkids but can arrange credit cards (little more for credit cards)

It will go through a standard 36" door
