Walkways made with this natural bluestone allow air and water to reach plant roots. According to the company selling this form of limestone, installation of these tiles might be a project within the reach of skilled do-it-yourselfers.

The tiles can be laid dry into sand or stone dust (no concrete needed) with 1/2" joints.

Choose from three colors, natural (browns), blue and lilac.

Sizes range from 12" x 12" tiles to 60" x 48" stones.

  • 12" Bluestone tiles are priced at $22 per square foot (10 square foot minimum) (September 2006).
