Using precast, lightweight concrete, this architectural cladding replicates the look of a stone veneer and is priced about the same as hard coat stucco.
The siding is made of precast concrete tiles, with 50% movement allowable in joints to provide for expansion and contraction. The tiles are connected to a building substrate using galvanized hardware. An integrated rain screen prevents moisture or water from building up behind the concrete wall.
Shown here is Terra Cotta, Chiseled Stone. Choose from a variety of colors and textures such as smooth slate, chiseled stone, granite texture or a stone block.
All jobs are customed designed and individually quoted.
