The purist in you may wince at the idea of a metal storm door, but the pragmatist abhors the energy loss without a storm door. Solve the dilemma with this Victorian storm door.
These handcrafted doors are manufactured in northern Ohio at a tiny shop owned by a woman woodsmith. They're made with Honduras mahogany to minimize summertime swelling. Joints are both pegged (with mahogany pegs) and glued, to ensure long life.
Glass panels and screen inserts are held in place with brass screws and corresponding metal collars (in panels). Choose from 55 styles of storm doors.
