Northstar fridge
5 star on looks. 2 star on service.

I love my red fridge but am having a hard time getting it serviced. The first time there was a problem with it the technician was critical of the design. The door doesn't always stay closed, inside temp seems warm at times. Taping the light shut seemd to help. Freezer is working fridge space is not and no technician to be found?
